Yuri's career covers all three sides of the dealer relationship: store, OEM, and independent advisory. She came up inside the showroom in Business Development, Internet Sales, and Finance roles at AutoNation, Hiley Auto Group, and Frisco Dodge, where she ran the operations most advisors only theorize about. For the last six and a half years she has worked as a Regional Digital Performance Manager for General Motors, contracted through J.D. Power and Autodata Solutions, advising GM dealers across her region on digital strategy, vendor performance, website and tier-three program execution, and the operational discipline required to actually move the needle on OEM scorecards.
That combination of store operator and embedded GM regional advisor is rare in the industry, and it is the perspective she brings to Clarus engagements. She leads work focused on dealer operations, OEM program strategy, digital performance, and the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and finance.
